I offer a 3-day window from the time you receive your items through the mail to inspect for any inclusions or damage before wear. 

Please send a picture of the defective item(s) to the email given above and save original packaging. Items cannot be returned without original packaging.

From there someone will get back with you within 1-2 business days to validate the credit owed to your account.
